ICT Trainer

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help individuals and organizations enhance their technical capabilities and stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of technology. Job Description:As an ICT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on a variety of ICT topics, including systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and more. You’ll work closely with corporate clients and individuals, ensuring they gain the practical skills they need to succeed. Responsibilities: Deliver training on ICT fundamentals, systems administration, cybersecurity, and other relevant topics. Develop and update training materials and course content. Assess students’ progress and provide feedback and guidance. Collaborate with clients to tailor training programs to their specific needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance training programs. Requirements: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT training or teaching. Strong knowledge of ICT concepts, systems administration, and cybersecurity. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver customized training programs. Reporting Line:Reports directly to the Training Manager.
