Billbrain Technologies is looking for an experienced ICT Consultant to join our team! As an ICT Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop custom solutions that drive business success.

Job Description:
As an ICT Consultant, you will work closely with clients to assess their technology needs and provide innovative solutions that optimize their operations. You’ll advise on the integration of new technologies and ensure seamless digital transformations. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients’ current IT infrastructure and technology needs.

  • Develop and implement customized ICT strategies for clients.

  • Advise clients on digital transformation, cloud migration, and IT security.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure the successful deployment of technology solutions.

  • Train clients and internal teams on new technologies and processes.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT consulting or similar roles.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

  • Experience in cloud solutions (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for clients.

Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the Lead ICT Consultant.

Duty Station:
Kampala, Uganda

Contract Type:
Full-time
