Job Description:
As the Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you will develop and implement marketing strategies, drive business development initiatives, and build long-term relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with the sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that highlight our solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and business development within the ICT sector.
Proven experience in generating leads, developing sales funnels, and nurturing client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the Business Development Director.

Kampala, Uganda
